I want to give a shout out to our neighbor Chris at Junk Monkey for helping me get some things moved out this morning! He kept in touch to ensure he wasn't going to leave me waiting and to make sure I still needed his help. None of this late or absent contractor stuff. He showed up on time (early, actually) and took on more than we initially planned on. He removed items from the garage and living room and was respectful of walls, doors, and other furniture in his way. All main electrical and water supply is the customers responsibility to have disconnected prior to service. This includes the electric and water to be disconnected for hot tubs, electricity to porches and/or decks, and for any small demo projects. All pools are to be drained prior to service. Appliances like washers, dryers, and dishwashers are to be disconnected prior to removal by the customer.
